How do I place an order ?

Browse our collection online, add items to your cart, and checkout securely using a credit card or pre-arranged payment method.

Do price included VAT ?

 Yes, all prices listed include VAT.  

Can I pay with cash on delivery?

Yes you can, we accept cash on delivery 

What are your delivery times?

Delivery times vary by arrangement type and location. Same-day delivery may be available (contact us for details). 

7–10 business days (standard shipping). 

 

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes! We offer delivery across the UAE. 

Can I return or exchange flowers?

A: Due to their perishable nature, floral arrangements **cannot** be returned or refunded after delivery. However, contact us within **24 hours** if your order arrives damaged—we’ll make it right! 

What’s your return policy for ceramic vases?

A: Unused vases in original packaging may be returned within **14 days** (20% restocking fee applies). Personalized items are **final sale**.  

How do I initiate a return?

Can I add a gift note?

Absolutely! Include your message at checkout, and we’ll attach it to your order. 

What does your warranty cover?

A: Our **7-day warranty** covers manufacturing defects in ceramic products (excludes damage from misuse).
